Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy:
Luxe Loft and Cozy Studio – Travelers who cancel a reservation at the Luxe Loft or Cozy Studio at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days before check-in, will generate a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled 14 days, or less, before check-in are not elegible for a refund.
Mi Casa and Casa Grande – Travelers who cancel a reservation at Mi Casa or Casa Grande at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. Reservations cancelled between 60 and 30 days before check-in, will generate a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled 29 days, or less, before check-in are not elegible for a refund.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California.
