About The Space
You have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself. It’s accessible from a very private entrance just past your own private outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs and tables. The open modern kitchen has a pullout microwave, dishwasher drawer, gas cook-top with exhaust and oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The fridge is a frost-free freezer-refrigerator with ice-maker. The living room has lots of windows with beautiful treetop views of the neighborhood and sunset. The private bedroom can be completely shut off from your living area, making it perfect for guests desiring their separate sleeping areas. Your Access
You have access to the entire apartment and an outdoor sitting area perfect to watch a sunset or enjoy a nice glass of wine. Your vehicle would be parked on the street right by your entry gate and visible from your apartment.
Other Things to Note
From inside the front door there is one flight of steps leading to the living area of the apartment. There are two clothes storage closets in the apartment. One is located in the bedroom and another one downstairs. Guests sleeping in the pull-out couch would not have their own separate closet in the living room. They do have a storage cabinet with drawers next to the sofa.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel a reservation at the Luxe Loft or Cozy Studio at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days before check-in, will generate a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled 14 days before check-in are not elegible for a refund.
